A quiet and comfortable room between Miki and Kobe. The bed was a little small for a Deluxe room but still comfortable. The room was quite nice with a living room area in addition to the normal room amenities. The bathroom was exceptional with a powder room attached to the bathroom. Bathroom included both a tub and shower. The view from the room included the visibility to mall plaza and the bridge beyond. The front desk was professional and courteous. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a nice Christmas decoration and the lobby was cozy with a big fireplace. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of dishes to choose from. , the hotel had a convenient location near the shopping mall and subway station, which made it easy to explore the area.

The bed was small and uncomfortable and the window view was obstructed by other buildings. The bathroom was small and outdated.

Spent the weekend at this hotel and had a great time. The rooms were bigger than expected, much more space than other hotels I’ve stayed in. The location was convenient, located next to a shopping complex with plenty of food options. The room was very clean with all the amenities that I needed. The pool was a highlight, super clean and the water temperature was perfect.

The front desk staff were not as friendly as I would have hoped, some were professional, but I had mixed experiences. However, this didn't impact my overall experience too much.
